Landmark, I concur. In the event of me not being able to balance up the remaining 80% within the 24 months given, what happens? That is why it is always good to read the contract of sales very well before buying any property before you go and carry gbese on your head and also always ask questions and consult a lawyer good in property to aid you.

Best response..i guess at purchase,you must have a lawyer to help you understand the contract of sales and terms and thus if satisfied with your lawyer's appraisal,then you go ahead...Agreement for both parties must be rational,reasonable,very satisfactory before the signature which consent to acceptance.

Someone pays 20% of 45 million and is giving 24 months to balance up! What now happens if the person can't balance up in the stipulated time? The person will by thrown out of the house? After paying 20% or the person will be refunded or what? After living in the house for 2 years. This method of sales for this house is sketchy and fraudulent.

Thanks for the comment. But pls always try to understand the word contract and ask questions when not clear rather than using appalling conclusive remarks. Because l don't understand how "sketchy and fraudulent" comes into play here .
