At the end who manages the estate?
I ask because in Abuja today. Those that bought land at cut throat prices in estates are suffering immensely with service charges.
They had signed agreements to pay charges which today runs into hundreds of thousands per year.
They bought a land thinking they would rest, only to be plagued by these service charges. I am not saying one shouldn't organise things like concierge services and cleaning. These Estates in Abuja simply dump prices on the tenants.
They have sold their land, but are still living large on these service charges.
