hi good ppl, am really in need of a job in HR. i finished my cipm exams almost a year ago but cant get inducted b/c i dont have the relevant xperience. i presently work in a bank but dont mind leaving it for a job in HR dat pays less. an internship is good enough.

hi, i work for one of d org and my hubbys frd for d other, it depends on what u want frm life. if u go for zb, ull be stock in d bankin industry, experience there is hardly transferable. its not about getin a job, its about building a career, if u want a career in bankin then, u cant do better than zb, if u want one in communications, then start with glo but hope to move on, its about the worse in communications in d industry. make a career choice not a job choice.

nb: on a day to day thin, banks are more challenging and more stressful.

just d normal stuff, like all test, thats what i was told.

im presently not workin in hr but hv my cipm, while i await my dream job, im hopin d house can advice me on the nx hr relevant training/cource/certification to attempt. im already working on my masters.
really i seriously believe in d definition of luck as === oppurtunity meets preparation. and i believe now is d time to prepare.
