That's the problem with many nigerian service providers. Once they start providing services, they start to see themselves as small gods that must be worshipped. They start treating customers any how because they believe it is just one customer. They think maltreating one customer will not stop others from coming.

Actually, it doesn't stop others from coming. The Nigerian market still has a lot of folks who don't bother about checking up online reviews and rants.
Until poor customer service is punishable by law or well documented in official databases, we will keep on seeing things like this playing out all the time.
Also, we entertain a lot of sentiments in our daily lives that deter us from objective analysis. That's also why we have bad leaders all over the place. Sentiments!
