That's the work of the Nigerian government or some people in the Nigerian government that's receiving free money. We saw the same corruption during covid, they were updating results like livescore and getting free money from abroad.

is lazy interpretation... USAID is grossly misappropriated, mismanaged and often diverted, this funds in most/some cases does not get to the intentend benefactor.. it's lazy interpretation for you to say US are funding BH.

The Nigerian government have arrested a lot of Chinese citizens operating illegal mines in Nigeria and they often pay the locals to get access to those sites, now who these locals are and what they do with this funds are often unknown.
Now will you say the Chinese government is stealing Nigeria resources or funding BH?
