I remember when I just came to lagos state had to board a bus to a particular place , on my way, at a particular bus stop almost everybody was coming down from the bus........................omo na so me too join them come down o and later realise it was d wrong bus stop...........gat to pay transport twice............

I remember when I just came to lag, was in a bus going to heading place . SuDdenly, we got to a bus stop and so many peeps where coming down..............he come be as if na everybody dey come down na so me sef join..............and later realise I came down at the wrong bus stop.

Na so I pay transport twice to take me to my destination

My brother please have a little sympathy. I don't work in MTN, my wife worked for them. She retired when they moved them to abeokuta and ibadan from lagos.

Their salary was cut into half, meaning their take home pay is about 48k monthly from close to 87k. Working hours increased from 6hours to 9 hour. Poorer working conditions etc.

Any problem you have is with MTN not the CSR.

I made a transfer via share and sell ......and receive a meassage via 777 confirming that 200 was been transfer to my number 9.03am saturday 9th of april............but the money was nt credited on my phone........had to call CS to lay complain.......Cs told me to call in d evening probably network ish.....I called in the evening the agent told me to call back in 24hrs time.
....fast forward to next day.....I called in d evening was told to send d senders number which I did and I was told that my info has been sent to d department incharge for refunding in 24hrs time.

Called back monday the agent has to repeat it as a form of reminder.
Tuesday, wednesday, nothing happen. .
................To my greatest surprise called today the agent told me the money was successful. That he saw it in the system , I said what time ? he said 9.03am........I told him I receive that message too.......but it wasn't credited bcoz I was owing them -99.9 naira........which lasted till evening when I had to use my money to buy credit. The guy even told me nt to call back again coz nobody will attend to me on this issue..........I even ask him what about d others agent that ve been talking to is it that they are not competent. He told me have a lovely day and off d call. Can u imagine

As if that's not enough I called back again the next agent said there is no prove or message of any transfer on my phone that day via share and sell rAther the -99.9naira I was owing them and the recharge card I bought by 6pm in the evening...............................................that means the last agent has mess with the system...........MTN na fraud iswear.
