If I start cursing our leaders every minute, it's not enough. When a leader is bad, the followers will follow suit. That's what we see everywhere today. Look at those leaders, they taught most of the bad eggs and they became pros in it. There are a lot of them holding key positions today in Nigeria who were eigher jailed in the US over credit card fraud, or jailed for dealing drugs. In the UK it takes months to see a doctor, and the costs are usually very expensive, the is also a crisis of lack of doctors currently in the UK, Most Nigerians even come back to do their surgeries, I am not saying Nigeria is much better, just laying down the facts on ground now

You are right. However, there are OTC medicines that can solve basic health challenges there. Also, you are forgetting the point that the UK government subsidize health fee for their senior citizens.

Health is very expensive if the patient is an immigrant (Non EU, USA, Australia and few to mention)

It can be very tough financially and emotionally but it’s worth it. Who wants to come back when the country is burning??

Nigeria as it is cannot guarantee future for people. Senior citizens (65 years and above) are going through hell even with some deposits in their account. Zero planning and health care send most of them to early grave unlike in UK where old people receive good healthcare.

This is why WHO put the life expectancy of Nigeria at 55years, especially men who toil day and night.

How about insisting on government tackling the inflation rates and high cost of living, price regulation of goods and services, reducing the electricity tariffs, creating enabling policies for business owners and ensuring the welfare of every Nigerian.
