No, they're quite large to enter disks. A disk is maximum of ~4.3gb.
Average pc game size (installation files) is 15gb.
For a 15gb game, 4 CDs will be needed. Some games are 40gb, some 30 so using CDs arent an ideal thing in 2020, although you can still see some old games in CDs.

CDs are also vulnerable to corruption and once a CD is corrupted it's the end.
The games are in an external hard drive. Once you copy them to your system, you install and once it's done, you run your game.

2. Download driver booster and update outdated drivers. It's showing 4gb not 3.9 because the integrated graphics card isn't using any spaces of your ram, which means your integrated GPU isn't installed. Update it

hey bro, which of this card will you advise me to go for, between GT 1030 2gb or amd Rx 550 4gb, presently using GT 710 2gb and it serves me very well.

Both are almost on the same level o being good graphics card. But the Rx 550 is pocket friendly like all amd GPUs. I'll go for that one. But if you don't mind costs, go for higher grades of GPU.
But provided you don't play on ultra settings you can get any of these ones.

It's a nice idea.
-Remember that desktops work with light and you'll need a ups to prevent damage
-its immobile (is that the spelling or I watch too much ball)

With your budget you won't use a nornal motherboard. The only thing you'll need from your old desktop would be the case and the PSU (depending on the wattage)

You're going to need
-Ram DDR3 or DDR4 if you can afford you can get this one at any computer village in your area

-graphics card: 2gb dedicated minimum. I've seen good offers on Jiji. Negotiate well. I would prefer you go with Nvidia instead of AMD. Use prices online to guide you because sometimes they hike prices on Jiji on computer hardware

-Processor: Don't go below i5 in this one

- motherboard: check AliExpress for motherboard combo deals , you get a motherboard + 2 ddr3 rams 8gb + a processor then what will be left is just gpu. It's between 60-80 k for a good one.
If you choose this option you can just get a GTX 1660 and you're done .

Your power supply unit should be 650w or a little bit lower because youll want to upgrade later.

I'll advice you take the last one cause to bypass mothboard/CPU compatibility.

-You'll get cooling fans too they're not too expensive but quality fans cost more than the average..
-Youll get a HDD. *Desktop HDDs are cheaper than laptops*

There are tons of videos on YouTube on how to fit the components of a computer. Just search one that has majority of your components and you're good to go.

I think that's all.
Search on eBay, Jiji, Jumia, aliexpress, Amazon compare prices for both used and new.
Select the parts you want and order.

You can even get a prebuilt gaming desktop on jiji for 150k. Remember to negotiate
