"authority to pay" as the name implies, gives you the authority to pay tuition fee with the believe that u have been cleared by relevant authority. on the other hand, a "payment advice" advises you on the fee to pay when you are ready to make payment. just my opinion though!

Yes that's what I think too,like I called a stallite and she said its either first or main street or wema bank but she's not sure of the account number or name sooo I'm chilling for her reply.

i feel one should first print out the payment advice and then present it to the bank for a pin. though it should have been written boldly on the print out. concerning the bank,i feel they are still the banks we used for paying acceptance. just my opinion though!

what is the fuss about, you guys have waited this long,a few more hours won't harm you. pls to avoid story that touch wait a litle more for instructions from ui.
