Flash a new OS

Dailyfavour:
Please help out, my kept on downloading applications on it's own each time I opened Google store.
What can I do to prevent this?
Thanks

It’s simple sir... your present OS is bad... download a new one and flash the new OS into your phone.. all will be fine. Or just give it to another software engineer to flash a new custom OS

Akerewe:
Thanks for your swift response, I have given it to an engineer to flash nd in a minutes or 2 he said all is fine as d pop-up message stops but am curious and start to ask him questions on how a phone could be flash within 2 minutes and he told me he used a software for d purpose. I started using d phone nd within a week d pop-up message came back. I have doing a reset almost every time but d pop-up message persists.
kindly advise me on d next line of action.

Format your phone
