Engineers please I need your help. My Blackberry Z10 Microphone very low during calls

It started last month, basically when calling someone or receiving a call , with the phone to my ear, the person on the other line can barely or not even hear me. However, when I put it on speaker and talk straight into the mic it works fine
i have pulled the battery and rebooted, security wipe and it didnt work, I have also reloaded the OS for about 3 times still not working. I also tried cleaning the dirt in the mic area. Please what else can i do.

Pls I'm been having a problem with my HTC one M8 phone, when ever I plug my charger with it, it will be saying that I should go and use original HTC charger in other to let it charge quickly.
