Civil servants in d state using keystone bank received their january alert on d 27th of feb. This is the turn of UBA maybe nex month it will be eco or diamond.

apart from dis recent 13000 teachers. They are many non indigenes in rivers civil service dat were employed by previous administration. Some have retired and many are still in active service. No be today.
