The world's youngest university owner, I Chime Ifebuchechukwu Giland, has appointed Dr. Isidore O. Nwankwo as the Chairman of the Governing Council of First African Distance Learning University (FADLU). Dr. Nwankwo, a former Rector of Enugu Polytechnic, had previously faced controversy and imprisonment related to allegations of illegally running of polytechnic. Dr. Nwankwo claims he was unfairly targeted and wrongly accused.
