When the press pressed lvg about angel's status he always gave indifferent responses. He should hv said something along the lines of him wanting him To stay because he's important to the team. He should handled his case similarly to the way he handled De gea's. He didn't do it Because he doesn't like angel.

Diego Costa was at Atl Madrid for yesrs before he suddenly turned world class! Suarez was banging goals at Ajax but wasnt taken seriously until he went to Liverpool. same thing with lewondoski until he went to BD. Benzema was banging in goals at lyon b4 Madrid came for him (I think we tried and failed). Harry Kane and Lacazette have bn exceptional this season I'm not saying they won't flop but they are worth gambling on because if we wait for them to replicate this same form, when the likes of Madrid, Barca, Chelsea and even Man City come for these players, we won't stand a chance.

So this year has been a waste for Powell, lingard, perrera and adnan. At least Wilson got some game time.

What Bayern and Barca play is a slight variation of our possession football but the difference being that they have Suarez,Neymar,Lewandowski and Muller who are all mobile forwards compared to the lethargic Van persie and Falcao. I say this because there is nothing inherently wrong with the possession football. After all,these same football made us scream in delight against Liverpool,Spurs and Man City a couple of weeks ago.Fergie was a direct football protagonist whereas Van gaal is not and there is nothing wrong with that.Van gaal just needs better,more technical players to execute his system and philosophy.

This LVG system doesn't favour strikers at all. Our play isn't direct enough to favour strikers. Di Maria is the only player that tries to make things happen. Valencia doesn't contribute anything to the attack and his positional awareness is also very poor in defence. I keep wondering how he brings balance to the team.

The problem is LVG. A man who favours defence to attack. His defensive inclination has killed all the attacking instincts of our players. He's is a very negative coach.
