The product comes with all relevant accessories and may arrive in a generic box with 30-day warranty on system software failure only, any hardware damages will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Because before we sell any of our product out, we have already carried out a powerful and great test on the hardwares (battery, keyboard, charger, usb port etc) @ 100% satisfaction before we sell it, if the hardware had any issue or we are not saitsfy with it, we won't sell it until we make remedy and retest it back and we always retest again if we see buyer that wanna buy it. we dont test once, we test at minimum of 3 times.
