What is done to those who are responsible for this act? Or can they be identify? What are the measures put in place to prevent further occurrence ? On God please heal Nigeria. |
War is bad, it does no good to the victor and the vanquish |
There's no need for any meeting now or ever on fuel price. We used to it already, that's why we Nigerians developed thick skins and moved on. When you see them (NLC & TUC) please tell them to think of something else. God bless Nigeria |
Meeting with the FG on fuel price? What was the need for that. What are those things that has never been discouraged b4? Anyway, it is an avenue for them to have yet another hand shake with FG since their purse is running dry this time. |
Very good God bless you |
It is most likely that, Tinubulation is few steps away from Tribulation itself . O! God save Nigeria |
I don't support violence of any kind, no matter what May be the reason for it. Destruction of live and property by whatever means is bad and should be condemned by all that is my take |
What? Is it for real? Expertise from Nigeria? To help them fight or to teach them how to practice it? I think there's a mixed up somewhere. |
Efforts to reach the Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Abubakar Sadiq, for comment, were unsuccessful at the time of filing this report. How would you think that you can reach out to the popo at that time? Or are they not part of that process? If you think that, then you may be a Nigerian I guessed. They are fully aware of anything that is happening, where it is happening and how long it will last so don't be so naive my friend. Any time you experience something like that next time just pray and call unto God for help only. If you do, you will surely see God's miracle, that is, if you call upon Him and believing Him for help. |
Anyone that says individuals shouldn't have their guns, knife or any other means of protecting themselves, is either a terrorist, or their sponsors. That's a fact. |
I want to ask Are these terrorist spirits? Are they not leaving on this planet earth? Is it that both the state and federal government don't know their hide out? Are they more powerful than the state or federal government or even the community to handle? Where do they get their weapon from? Who are those sponsoring them? |
How would he or they have picked those calls or replied those texted messages, when they are actually the perpetrators of those acts? They are now so happy that the deeds are done. Their virgin rewards are waiting for them. I only wonder where those virgins will come from,, whether they will be created separately, or they will be converted from among us. There's God in everything we do, don't forget that. |
What would she have said other than that? I didn't expect anything less. At the initial stage they all say sweet things like that to get people believe in them while they hide their true color. Only time will tell who you really are and whom you are working for, whether all the Nigerian people or selected few individuals who put you there, only time will tell. |
I will emphasise again that these will be peaceful protests, as they’ve always been I have doubt here sir. Even if you know that protest has never been peaceful in Nigeria you are still saying this? With this alone I don't think any well thinking Nigerian would like to join in this protest. Or Could it be you or your family, friends or your relatives were not victims from the looting during the last protest? Or you just pretend nothing like that happened? If you are calling out others to join you in the protest, first put your children and your entire household in front , then we will follow you. Nobody including me here is happy the way things are turning out in the country, all we need now is prayer for God's help, and we have to be patience to archive that. |
Though I am not a Man U fan, I want to tell us that football is not like our elementary mathematics In football any can happen, it is a game, sometimes you win sometimes you loss. Which ever way take it in good faith and please don't crucify anyone. Up may u |
But this is Nigeria and not saudi . if you must compare the pump price, don't stop there, compare other stuff like food, minimum wage, banditry, kidnapping rate, corruption rate, in fact general cost of living |
Well spoken Implementation is the next thing. My question is now that we have identified our problem, where do we begin from? Who takes the lead? How long will it take us there? |
70k as minimum wage? Please don't celebrate yet until you take out your 'pay as you earn' tax, then you will know if it is worth celebrating or not |
But Why can't the table showing how much is added to every salary grade level be dropped for us to know exactly, should there be any mistake in the computation that may lead to over payment of staff which may be asked to refund the money at a long run? |

This is to confirm to you that they don't want to bring down the price of PMS in other to alleviate the suffering of Nigerians. They can only do anything possible to negotiate and bring down the minimum wage, delay it as much as they can, with the coverage that they want to give Nigerian workers a living wage while giving them a killing wage. One thing is sure "Our God will not leave nor forsake us", that's the truth, just believe that. |
Only God knows why so soon. My condolences |
Push the implementation of minimum wage to any day other than may 1st is madness. Was that what they asked to go and do? Nigeria is never tire of sentiment. If I may ask, are we sure the government of today really want to pay the minimum wage? I don't think so. |
I didn't expect anything less than that, immediately I learnt that nnpcl is the sole off taker of the this Dangote fuel They didn't want Dangote refinery to work, so having failed in all their attempts, and plans have resort to their plan B, which is to be the only one to from Dangote, and do as they like. There's God |
First they said, Dangote refinery produces sub standard fuel, and that they will continue to rely on importation. Why can't the nnpcl keep to that and leave us to buy the sub standard fuel from Dangote refinery? Today there are the only one to buy that sub standard fuel and sell it as they like to retailers. This is not fair "oh Nigeria" Dangote fuel was seen as the hope of a common man to bring a relief to everyone who still struggling with the hard time. Now it has finally come. My question is, are we happy at it s entrance? Just like in may, 29 in 2023 when so much positve changes were hope for, what did we get? Only God will save Nigeria |
I always respect your ideas, views, comments, analysis, name it when it comes to the national issues of state of the nation. But I must disagree with you this time if you are the very one making this statement. Maybe you are just saying as it should be, but not considering or addressing other factors that could be responsible for this to happen and how to tackle them All you see is those who collected the PVC should go and vote or heavily fined, hmm If only you know..... |
What are the rationale for only selling PMS from Dangote refinery to nnpcl who again sell them to retailers? |
This statement is both misleading and mischievous, deliberately aimed at undermining the milestone achievement recorded today, September 15, 2024, towards addressing energy insufficiency and insecurity, which has bedeviled the economy in the past 50 years My question is, what is done to such a person making this statement? |
Why should the nnpcl be the sole off-taker of refined petrol from Dangote Refinery? Why can't they continue to import PMS and let retailers here buy directly from dongote? Are we expecting any change in price after October sell of crude in naira to dangote and other local refineries? And do they agree to ouch the sell of crude in naira to October. Answers to these will reveal to us more that we don't know at the moment I guess Oh God, save Nigeria. |
This man has mental problem I guess, that is why he can not think better. If I may ask, is that the only way to solve this simple problem without making other Nigerian to suffer? Again, he pointed finger on some people, why can they do something in that direction? So the only way out is by increasing or selling his imported fuel higher. Why can't we have our own refineries working and and put an end for fuel importation? Am so disappointed that the minister could not think of that but only see to it that if the fuel is sold higher then smuggling will stop. A very big fool indeed. |
Is/was the protest a peaceful one as witness day after day? 2. Is/Are any of your child/children among those protesting? 3. Are you now happy that the hungry youth are now protesting and would still love to watch them do more with what is going on now? Baba, you have to answer all of this questions |
Who are these beneficiaries of oil importation? Have they no name? Can't they be called to order? Are there bigger than the law? So even when we know that their activity is making things difficult for a common man in the country they cannot be touched, or removed from that office? For me, it is not as if we don't know the root cause of our problem, but no one dare to take o bolt step to correct it. Oh God save us and save our country |
