I live in Delta state and the local vigilante have been able to identify another of the serial rapists who is still at large. His picture is here for the general public to look out for him.

The man whose picture is shown is part of the gang of serial rapists in Delta state. The local vigilante and the poliuce are currently hunting for the rapist below. Anyone with any uiseful information about the wereabout of this rapist/ritualist should contact the nearest police station.

If we get him before the police you can be sure that we will give him the same treatment like we did to his partner in crime. They are about three of them. One down two to go.
