Can it used for a small sized 3.5kva Elemax generator with key starter? .

Yes, our brand of automatic changeover (electrokristron ATS switches) can be used to automatically transfer power from your Elemax Gen or PHCN supply, to your loads, office or apartment.

It can also automatically stop your Elemax Gen when Mains power (PHCN) is restored.
Additionally, it can automatically START your Gen (Elemax) whenever Mains power fails, especially if your Gen has AutoChoke (Automatic Choke) built in from factory.

Yes, it does.

Even though our brand of Automatic Changeover (Electrokristron) will not start your Tiger Generator ( I better pass my neighbor, 650VA or 950VA models), it can automatically turn them off without any challenges.

The reason they can't be started automatically is because these tiny generators don't come with Kick-starters built in from factory, hence, there is nothing to effect or carry out the electrical Gen-AutoSTART command from our brand of Automatic Changeover switch panels.

YES because we produce ATS versions with 2.5 Secs transition (power transfer) delay purposely built in,

and

NO because we also produce ATS models with instantaneous power transfer capabilities with no noticeable delays.
Typical transfer speed for these types is in the region of 150 Milliseconds = 0.15 Sec
