Electrical are always very many, even d 2¹ are also screened via exams (only dept in engineering dat write screening). don't think dea is any chance 4 a 2²

I have a friend in UNIBEN, a masters student in electrical and electronics engineering department, he graduate with 2:2 and he gained admission April/May this year, so I think 2:2 graduates have a chance.
