The temptation to run will always be there. But then, when you flash back on the incident and think about the man you just run over and ran, sleeping well at night might be an issue for a long time.

I also think if anything bad happens after that incident, you'll always be thinking it's nemesis catching up with you.

If in the end this man passes my conscience is clear and I'll be happy to face the judge if it comes to that.

UPDATE

Today marks 14 days since the accident involving a destitute. He has had the best of medicare but hasn't regain consciousness. CT Scan ssays no skull or brain damage.

I live far from where the incident happened 2 weeks ago. Today, I decided to move him closer home.

CT Scan result revealed no abnormalities with the brain and skull. No bleeding or other collections. Thank you for your comments. As at yesterday, he is still unconscious but seem to be swallowing little water given to him via a large syringe.

It is with heavy heart that I write this piece and I will appreciate your suggestions on the way forward.

I was travelling along idiroko Road on the 1st of October, 2016, on the fast lane near the culvert, when an apparently mad man ran carelessly across the road and before I could maneuver away from him, he was hit and got knocked down.

The windscreen got shattered and part of my car roof cave in. I however managed to stop the car and rushed down to the fallen man.

He was lying there by the median culvert and unconscious. I asked people to help get a vehicle to take him to a Hospital but nobody moved. They seem tobe enjoying the live drama. I then walked to the car, reversed and they help put him on my car seat.

I drove him into the nearest hospital, rolled up my sleeves and joined the Medical team to resuscitate the man. He looks unkempt and is apparently a wanderer.

By the way, I am a medical practitioner.

He was admitted and put on necessary equipment and medication. However, he remained in coma.

I thereafter went in search of people around who may identify or know the victim. Nobody has seen him before.

Later, I went to the nearest police station to report the accident, and an officer accompanied me to the hospital, then back to the station and I put down a statemen and was released on self recognition.

I took the man for a CT Scan yesterday to further investigate him while continuing other treatments.

It's been 4 days of the best medicare anyone can hope for and the man is still in coma.

The police are waiting and watching.
I am waiting, watching, praying and caring.
The man is just there.

What more can I do?

Hello house techies.

I have been nursing this question for a while and decided to throw it open to experts here.

I am a mild user of phones and usually dash them out after a year plus. So I hardly know the effect of using phones for too long.

However, this economic downturn is making me prolong my use of my current phone, Samsung galaxy note 2.

I bought this phone brand new in March 2013 and I have been using it as my main phone both for voice/Internet calls, browsing, downloads and everything else that smartphones do.

I have replaced the screen once which has been the only major replacement done so far (although the screen is cracked again).

My observations on its current performance aare as follows.
- battery drains fast. 3 hours on browsing.
-gets hot within minutes of browsing
-occasionally hangs when it is hot

Otherwise, it runs well.

My question is this.
1 . is this phone redeemable?
2. How long can one use a smart phone before it packs up?
3. The heat emission is indicative of what?
4. What brand of phone will match the functionality of SGN 2 and not cost more than 50k ( I bought the note 2 for 93k in 2013)
