alofine65: okay,first it started with the purchase of phamom F,then another one for my ustas,then another one,then another one.....then i jump to M2, up till yestarday i have bought eleven (11) M2 from Elijadre system and two(2) p4,ONE(1)THL-pre-ordered, plus 7 (7) phamtom F.
All thse transactions took place without meeting this great guy face to face...NOT until recently,even though we both stay in Lagos.(i buy and resell also do config. for my customers)
I asked myself what is this guy giving to his customers that made them come back for more....
1.He is truth worthy
2.He has this can do spirit-go extra mile to satisfy his customer
3.He maintain his intergrity even though he can go for less quality but he refuses!
4. and above all he's God fearing
To sum it up,he simply create customer experience that is why customers refuse to go and thereby creating more!
But now that the bar is raised,my advise is that never relent on your oasis.because the innovation becomes common place, and so, forward looking organisations always have to be on their toes to continue toou sir innovate and stay ahead of copycats. As loyalty is created, churn or attrition level reduces.
