Gionee M5 is undoubtedly the best device I have ever owned! I'm sharing my first time experience using the phone. So far the phone runs smoothly! The camera is so sharp- even better than that of Tecno C8 which also has 13MP. The selfie camera (Front) is 5MP, but it's more like 8MP to me. Even in low light, it really takes good pictures. It's so easy to operate this device. Imagine a phone that has remote control feature that can control ur TV, laundry machine, AC, Sattelite decoders etc. Welcome to the future! This phone has LED notification which shows when you are charging or when you receive a notification! It supports 4G although there is no 4G for mobile networks in Nigeria. The 3G is so fast! Even when MTN network is bad here, I could still stream videos on YouTube! Wow. The display is pure HD! Amoled display which is crystal clear. Bend to any angle and You will still be able to view anything on the screen. The phone combines smart gestures and Black gestures. I can even pick a call while placing the phone close to my ears and you still redial numbers the same way too. This phone has all the smart gestures You can ever imagine- double tap wake, application gestures, just to name a few! The design is so premium and fancy! Even better than most Samsung and IPhone designs out there! What more can I say..The battery capacity is 6,020mAh. Very very strong. I still have 83% and I have been using the phone since 8pm last night before I slept off! I actually thought the battery capacity was the only selling point. But this phone is all-rounder!! You really need to get this phone to understand the wonders of the beast! To cut the long story short, the phone runs android 5.1 which is still the latest version and It's expected to receive Marshmellow upgrade which it's officially out. Imagine I ordered this phone and got it the same day. Even Jumia and Konga cannot beat that! LOL
