99% of dealers here are good and genuine , the other bad 1% are been giving popularity and fame because ppl wont adhere to simple fraud detection procedures , firstly , search the person phone number and moniker on nairaland search column, secondly ask the person to quote you here on the thread(don't accept any flimsy excuses that the moniker has been banned), then ask for any reputable know dealer here to act as an escrow in the deal , once you can do all these, you will be safe and the good thing is all these processes take less than 10 minutes ,but i can bet it with you that despite reading all these things again this morning before 8pm today , another dumb ediot will still send money to a scammer on this thread without following these preventive actions that we have been hammering everyday for the past 2 years .just wait and see
