Search online for more. flexjobs.com. it's a USA site, they hire from all over the world from web designer, programmer etc.

I graduated during corona period and couldn’t get a job for 2 years and some months. I decided to enroll for a digital marketing course on March this year. It was a month course and after lots of practice and learning I got 3 digital marketing positions as a social media manager and I’m currently making money on upwork as a freelancer. Suicide is not an option at all.

I am a front end developer, good with html5, css, bootstrap... i also have a networking certificate in ROUTING and switching from huawei...

I don't think any university will give you a fully funded scholarship without some kind of research background.

You may need to settle down for now and work on that aspect. the "cheaper countries" might lead you into regrets. Goodluck.
