JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Female Personal Assistant (PA) Location: Lagos. Salary: ₦80,000 - ₦100,000 About the Role: A Fast-growing Real Estate Firm based in Lagos is seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Managing Director in both professional and personal capacities. This role requires someone with a strong background in administrative support, a creative and growth mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the MD. • Manage schedules, appointments, travel plans, and calendar events. • Handle confidential documents, communication, and correspondence. • Assist with visiting the site and making update videos on the progress of development on the site. • Coordinate with partner companies, and clients. • Support basic office functions. • Monitor, respond and manage emails, phone calls, and social media handles. • Ensure timely follow-ups, reminders, and completion of personal and business tasks. • Getting things done and any other duty as assigned. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role (minimum 1–2 years). • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Professional appearance and a proactive, can-do attitude. • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, any mobile app video editing software and basic social media tools. • High level of discretion and confidentiality. • Preferably Corper or 1 - 2 years post NYSC • Must be based in Ajah or within the environment.
