It's not mafia 3 that's the problem, it's probably the game you want in exchange for it (GTA V).

Before now i wanted to just swap with a good game.
Later say make i collect GTA if no reasonable option dey available.
No reason swapping with game i already have or one i see as boring.

You can play game dat isn't Internet required /compulsory update downloads.
Best is to turn off ur ps4 network connection.
Each time u start a game with pending update, it will continue to download in the background even when u initially paused the update.

If you are on limited data plan,
You will learn fast shocked
