It's easy to do, just get a laptop with internet, about 5gb. Make sure the laptop has iTunes, connect ur phone and it will ask u to update or restore

You need iPhone 6 latest fw file.
ITunes on pc.
Just Google how to reload iPhone firmware offline.
Data on pc is needed for verifying the downloaded firmware file.

You can also download it directly with iTunes on pc with enough data & pc steady power.
