Secondly continue with your treatment against tick and lice, you can change to Fipronil if you aren't seeing any effect. Then lastly manage the wound by spraying with Oxytet spray or GV( it's available in any human pharmacy store). In addition, you can administer over the counter broad spectrum antibiotics like Amoxicillin, 1 tablet (500mg) per day for 5 days. I'll be on standby for updates.
