The main reason y u don't get your 1.5gb is that you don't use valid (correct) imei
This is the correct 11 digit of Galaxy S4 imei 35161206278
So add the remaining 4 digit to get your 1.5gb
If you use valid imei you will definitely get your 1.5gb
