Windscribe is an effective free VPN but not properly illustrated as described by Damitism.

Instead of following his advice, take note of this...

Visit windscribe.com and download the Windows version and not the browser type.

With the windows version, you can easily see the breakdown of locations for each country and maintain a static IP in the course of login whereas not possible to see the breakdown of locations for countries in browser version as at time I used it.

Also, as an Upwork user who intends to use a different country, you cannot use the browser version for hourly tasks involving the use of Desktop time tracker as the browser versions powers only the browsers. With the windows version, it powers the whole system when switched ON and enables you to use the Desktop time tracker for logins.
