ezugegere:You asked for pictures, there they are. This is a mosque we built in EPE. The mosque still looks beautiful as seen in the pictures below. The polish and white paint hasn't faded an it's been three year since we built it! Sincerely if you reside in an environ that has LATERITE in abundance like EPE, i see no reason why you shouldn't be building with the INTERLOCKING block: There is red laterite in abundance... The land is hard, the wall will be the load bearing member hence no need for column! You heard me right no need for column! And if there is no need for column the amount of granite you will need is drastically reduced...and it will reduce the cost of building your house. You should call or whatsapp me 08061164526 and lets discuss on how we can deploy this system for you!

Experts reveal the adverse effect of Double digit Inflation. Weak Naira and bad leadership policies on the cost of building a house in Nigeria today! ...and what to do to navigate this waters The cost of building a house(even a simple 3 bedroom bungalow) costs an arm and a leg. Thanks to the double digit inflation in Nigeria and Naira being at its weakest since its creation. The current leaders are not helping matters...the policy and style of leadership is even making things worse, Cost of cement is 4000 naira...Cost of reinforcement... sharp sand...woods and other building materials are super high! With such a challenge as this, the NEED for a building Solution that can cut or reduce the cost of building a house can't be overemphasized. With the harsh economic conditions presently in Nigeria, you will agree with me that: We need a solution that will make the average joe build his dream house... A solution that makes it easy to build in this present harsh economy(without sweating or thinking of the high cost of things)… A solution that hedges against the high cost of building materials and the double digit inflation in Nigeria. If yes, Then i have good NEWS for you… There is a SOLUTION! This solution is COST EFFECTIVE...and cuts down the cost of building a house by a significant amount. This solution is used massively in East AFRICA, SOUTH AFRICA and some parts in ASIA. The governments of these countries have invested MILLIONS in this solution and use this building solution on 90% of the housing projects in the country. It will interest you to know also that in NIGERIA this solution is being used too! In Nigeria a large number of people have also adopted and deployed this system to build their dream home and they are living in it happily with their family. They don't worry about RENT anymore. This building system or solution is called the Hydraform building system. We hydraform block homes are the front runners that are deploying or using this system to build houses for clients in Nigeria. Below is when we worked for the plateau state government deploying this system to build office blocks...and also trained some of their indigenes on how to use the machine and build with the system. What hydraform building system is This building system uses an interlocking block that is formed by compressing laterite, cement and water. The blocks a Interlocks unto one-another on four sides...and doesn't need mortar to hold them together. This little feature helps cut down the cost of building a house. I want this to be short as possible because I value your time, But i have written a FREE REPORT about how this building system and how it cut the cost of building a house In this report you will see; The benefits of the system Why this system is far better than the conventional building system Why you should use this system to build your dream house in this HARD times How this system cuts the cost of building a house by 19% Why country like south Africa is using it9)And some other vital information you wouldn't believe exists. Without further ado... click to read the Free report Now

Factors that determine the type of dredger to use! 3mins read: There are two major types of dredger The conventional dreger And… The Chinese dredger. Chinese dredgers consist of the master dredger, the transporter and the pusher. The CHINESE dredger is used for narrow channels mostly because of its size. The CONVENTIONAL dredgers are large and can't be used in narrow channels, small rivers and the likes. Dredger with CUTTER is used in virgin sites(sites that have not been dredged before!) The cutter as the name sounds is used to cut through hard river beds that might have sedimentary rock. While the SUCTION is used in rivers that have been dredged before. So if you want to dredge a new site that hasn't been dredged before...and the channel is narrow you need a Chinese cutter dredger. If the channel is wide, and a new site you need a conventional cutter dredger. So remember the width of the channel, the nature of the site(if it has been dredged before or not) are the factors that determine the choice of dredger. There are other factors too like the result of the sand search( the sand search shows the depth one needs to get to, to get sand) to consider too. But all these can be better explained to you by your SURVEYOR or dredging CONSULTANT(dredging master) Hope this helps.
