Requirements:

- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the property or real estate industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong networking and lead generation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Create content for marketing materials such as brochures, emails, social media posts, and websites
- Follow up on leads, setting up meetings and presentations to convert into sales

Must-Have:

- Experience in property management or real estate
- Knowledge of local market trends and regulations
Familiarity with sales automation platforms
- Have an understanding of the technology industry.
