Now you said Erica committed three crimes and I said if this case to court you will state the place where the crimes are contained in the laws of any jurisdiction of the court, then there are ingredients/requirements that you need to prove to the court for instance Mr A killed Mr B and has been taken to court for murder. The prosecutor will have to start with the first prove that A intentionally killed B (That it wasn't an accident, or self defense)
That B did not provoke A (or else the charge may be reduced to manslaughter)
That B's death was a direct cause of A's action.
And in every crime there are ingredients that would be needed I asked the three you said Erica is guilty of can you please show that she really fulfilled all that is required to be convicted or are you just talking for trolling sake?
