The fact is most of all this housemates are in the entertainment industry. And this industry keeps changing every year, as a musicians if u can't keep up with the thread u fade away likewise actor/actress, brand influencers and fashion stylist etc.
The entertainment industry is a battle of who will stay relevant after so many years.
Laycon - he need to keep giving hit music and if his style of music is not accepted widely he will have to change his style or step down
Erica - she needs to be able to put up different act, she should not just focus on only a particular role or style of acting, if not she will receive less acting job
Ozo - as a little role in the entertainment industry, so u can't always expect him in the spotlight
Nengi - she has just ventured into the industry, we can't say of her for now, if she is really talented and intelligent she will always have a space in there
every body as to do something widely acceptable to stay relevant if not they will end up loosing fame

Erica is really going to do well in the industry, even before BBNAIJA she has proven she has what it takes.
