You are not being reasonable because you are thinking of yourself alone maybe because you dont meet most of the criterias.

My brother if you are not a computer literate just say it. It is very easy to thick and sign on that form. If you can sign on a sheet of paper and snap it with your phone and they upload it to MSword you will import it and crop the picture,same procedure will be done if you want to upload passport. For thicking, its simple just click on the one you want to thick and click on format text, it will show u colours just select the colour to fill the box and that's all.
Ignorance is not an excuse in front of law.
Remember it was well stated that they need people with good knowledge on computer,so if you donot have one just know that automatically you are out or better still just pray to God.
In terms of original certificates, they might even screen people with original certificates out.
Someone who went for the interview on 17th said they asked her a question like " Were you aware that you will be interviewed today? " of which if she had said YES then it means she cheated and that an insider has given her a clue and she would be disqualified already because she is corrupt. But God helped her and she said NO
So if you know you came with your originals then it might mean that you are disqualified.
Dont use your ignorance to confuse people. because you cant operate computer doesnt mean other people cannot do it.

The reason for sending both is best known to ICPC. Moreover, those documents are different.

Also, the reason for reducing the cut off is best known to them and it's obvious to everyone why they reduced it. Even the blind can vividly see the reason for the reduction.

If they didn't need original certificates, they won't bother to ask.

Conclusively, let your assertion have an element of fact not such assumption that is contradictory.

Go and sit down and think of what i wrote, if it's gibberish then it is you who isnt realistic.
Go and ask someone who knows computer very well for difference between a word document and a PDF file.
If they didnt want to test you they wouldn't have sent you different copies and file formats. They would have just sent PDF file which you will just download aand print.

But for me, I filled the online one, and then print both forms, filled with pen and stippled my passport photograph on each one.
After interviewed, one of them collected the photocopy of my credentials and one filled form (3pages), then bring back the other one (1page) and said: 'it's your copy, hold it'
This is the format of many of us on17th @headquarter.
But bro, must of us received mail of forms in the late evening, some on their way to, and some didn't even see it until reach ACAN.
That's why I said bro. But let us keep praying...

That's why i said they dont need it. All they want to see is your knowledge on computer and how you can use the computer, thats all.
They purposely didnt send the letter until in the evening when they knew people were on their way so that you wont be able to think very fast concerning those forms and you wont need any assistance wherever you are in order to edit the form and fill. So if you have no knowledge about computer, you will definitely print it out and write it with pen and that's how so many people will be screened out which will give room for them to put their candidates.
Think of what i just told you.

The reason for the 3 different forms are as follows:
As an Anti-graft Agency they need to have evidences against you incase you are caught for forgery or you sue them for being biased
1) the online form is to have evidence against you that you filled the form yourself online and that you were aware of the consequences
2) the pdf form is for you to fill the form with your pen which is also an evidence because of your hand writing and signature
3) the word format is for you to fill the form and to avoid alteration which can render the form null and void.



Think of what i told you or ask a police prosecutor if you know one.

Kindly download your forms in word format again and check. You will see " YOUR NAME HERE" on the last page where you will declare that information given by your is accurate and correct. which means it has to be edited and replaced by your name

How to know if you are eligible to get the icpc job:
1)Your test result score should be between 15 to 25
2) dont deceive yourself that ypu scored below 15 and you are eligible because the score was reduced to 14 and 13 because of the northerners and they were not much. If the stand on 15 as cut off so many northern states wont meet their quota.
3) during the interview they want to know how outspoken you are and your communication skills if you are educated and the results you have belong to you
4) make sure you have a minimum of 2.1 as your grade
5) did you fill the forms sent to your mail correctly as instructed? Because that was another test but it is very open but closed at the same time because they know that so many people will make that mistake
6) if you look at the 3 forms you will find out that they are all the same
A) the first one will be submitted online
B) the second one is in word format which means it has to be edited and filled on the computer before printing
C) the third one is a PDF format form which needs to be filled with biro. If you are observant enough you will find out that it was compressed in the PDF page of which if written with pen cannot allow you write so many things because they dont need it but want you to come along with it.
7) Remember during the application, the major requirements needed was people with knowledge of MSword, MSPowerpoint, access etc
if you edited it properly you will have edge over people that didnt because all those things carry their separate marks.
9) if you didnt come with your original certificates just chill bwcause it wont affect you except if your certificates are fake.
10) if you have done the above, i think you should just fold your arms and wait for your appointment letter. This information is coming from a reliable source inside ICPC
