Good day. Please I have similar issues concerning sponsor name being different from mine, how can I get in contact with you to discuss better

School is NCI, Just be sure to explain everything in your application letter. my sponsor doesn't bear the same name with me. i had to explain the relationship on the application letter and attached supporting documents. i also cited on the letter that i attached those documents.
