Based on VIN, the following ECU is compatible with your model
1) 89661 06A00 ✔
2) 89666 06510 ✔
3) 89661 06A20

Those marked are show in picture attached. Anyone listed above will work for your Camry 2003-2004 model provided the ECU is perfectly functioning well, because it is not NEW.
Good Lucky in your search with information given. Ensure you negotiate well and tell the seller that if it doesn't work well it will be return because a good ECU was used before you decided to buy it, and remember it is toyota part which always come cost, but I believed it will not be up to 90K.
