Assistant director is earning 360,000. Same salary banks are paying 23 year old recruits. You wonder why the civil service is riddled with all sorts of malfeasance.

For perspective, assistant director should be nothing less than 16 to 18 years to attain if you get employed with bsc. After all said and done, You might just realise you wasted your youth cos the pay will make you poorer as you grow older and you have no transferable skills since most staff are redundant.

If you are employed by Nigeria civil service, have it in mind you are most likely retrogressing unless you "lucky" to get Ur hands soiled with the national cake .
