1) shower mixer has full option and regular options,the full option will have,shower pole,shower telephone cable, 3;1 set, while regular will only have shower cable, then the name MIXER is to mix up the hot and cold water together at your own taste of hotness
2)the washers is to wash poo called shataff by Arabian people( very correct from endiasam) the price. Range depends on the quality (plastics type and chrome type) optional
3)top flush cistern design is more durable and. Look more fanciful than vintage side flush hang type,.....peaceland thanks for your last purchased from my store, your monika defined your character, truly you are patient someone for waited so long that very. Day,

Not true, you can open it if your DIY knowledge is just average like me.
Again, it lasts longer than the side-flush as it is not that 100% mechanical (moving parts).... but uses a combination of pressure difference and transmission. I use it upper push-button type and it gives no problem...as long as it is original.
Yes, Mixer tap will still need a shower set .....for a shower. It just allow you to control the temperature of the final water output as you can mix both cold and hot together. Hajji nailed it.

BTW: I love that thing whose name you are trying to get! I like cleaning up with water, instead of tissue which is not 100% "sharp-sharp"!
I want to use it on my current project when it gets to that stage

3. what are the pros/cons of top flush versus side flush WC

BITSWORKS:
External painting of the building has been done, but just one coat for now to give us a feel of what we want. Once all other external works are done, we will apply the finishing coats. The walls were screeded before painting though.

Internal painting is ongoing.
