Good news for us this week I pray. We all need to keep our phones close to us this week cos medicals info could come through call/SMS/mail. gathered from d experience of our senior colleagues. So if u see any missed call on ur phone, quickly call back.

3. ur friend
each must know u and can vouch for u. u must be in constant communication with them.

He copied and paste NB Msgs on Nairaland. including his offer letter.

Guys Na fear factor. Chidi Nwankpele and other NB mgrs are on ds thread. They even quote some of d msg here to us on Thursday. They said a guy was sacked few days after collecting offer letter because of his post here revealing some company secret.
So guys, we were told live and direct on Thursday.
My interview was smooth, I was asked few questions though most is based on my CV.

Hi all, Another Interview section starts on Monday 15th Feb, 2016, Some of us will be involved. For d people concerned, we can actually share knowledge together if you don't mind. I believe its not a competition, knowledge shared will not make NB reject u if u are d right candidate. we can do this by creating a whatsapp group chat and discuss likely interview questions and d right answer to each. I'm not perfect and nobody is.

I just feel like sharing this, got it from earlier post here.
Congrats to everyone that scaled aptitude test, functional test and driving test. You're really worthy; now for the remaining 25% Drawing from my experiences here are my best interview tips/advice: 1] For a sales interview smart casual dress code is usually ok. That is neatly ironed shirt and chinos trouser with a tie. If you want to take it up a notch and do suit, no wahala! 2] Know about the company. its' brands, brewery locations, corporate social responsibility drive (includes sponsorship of events & shows) and history (for example their recent mergers and acquisitions: Sona Breweries and Consolidated Breweries) etc 3] The usual sales basic: sell this bottle of water/pen to me 4] Potray yourself as very outgoing/sociable (cos that is what the job demands...extroverts) and determined/focused. 5] Know what responsible drinking is and other habits that successful selling of beer entails 6] Very importantly Know your career achievements so far and how that qualifies you for this job. Please Quantify your achievements! In other words: What can you offer? 7] Know how your education background qualifies you for this job. Be grounded in your course of study. 8] For this job a degree is ok; if you have masters or PHD shut your mouth before you present yourself as over qualified! 9] The job is fun and rewarding but like a 7 days a week role...tasking and demanding. If married don't present yourself as too tied down by your spouse or kids. The best fit for the job are bachelors so be guided. 10] Just in case there are changes this year be prepared on a normal recruitment standard for "Presentations, group discussions and role play exercises". If in the end you're successful please pay it forward by buying beer for people around you. God bless and Good luck!!! P/S: 11] When you're told to ask a question, ask a question that portrays you as a serious person that's passionate about the job. Example: Sir from your wealth of experience can you please tell me what you consider to be the key features that can make me a high achiever on the role if I'm taken?

brothers and sisters pls is driver's licence required for the interwiew?

To be on safer side, do all u can to get ur driver's licence ready before d interview date. They may/may not ask for it. even if u are successful, u ll need licence before a Van can be given to u. its ur personal property.

I believe most of us who have applied for this job and invited for test at one stage or the other got our mails through Chidi Nwankpele. Please i'd like to know Chidi's designation at Nigerian Breweries.

For those that got regret msg after driving test, there is still hope for u to be called for another driving test. Be PATIENT. use d waiting period to brush up ur driving skills.

for those who didn't get any mail/msg, Be patient, the message will come, just keep holding on to ur faith till d msg come don't stop believing.

For those of us that got Mail/msg, awaiting interview date, Be patient..

Let's stop d unnecessary pressure. Everything will happen in its time.
