In terms of tailoring your CV, know and understand the requirements of your prospective employer well. Consider visiting their website, doing a background check on what they do. Use your CV to show that you have something that could transform the present state of things.

Plz this thread is for both professionals and fresh graduates who are contemplating on which career path to follow. Most of us were told dat obtaining project management professional certificate during our NYSC will give us an edge over our fellow contemporaries/counterparts during job hunting. Sincerely, it seems as though the reverse is the case here cos even after acquiring the certificate, finding a job is as hard as bringing the 234 Abducted Chibok gals back. I've not really seen the Significance of PMP certificate. What advantage and career prospect can PMP offer to fresh Graduates. Plz ur advice nd constructive criticism will be highly welcomed.
