Recently the two famous Nigerian afrobeat artists, Davido and Burnaboy has been in a longtime beef that generated into a fight at a nightclub in Ghana.

It was alleged that the fight started by Burnaboy who came into a nightclub were Davido was partying and went directly to his table to attack him. Overlooking who threw the first punch, for a squabble between top celebrities to degenerate to a level were punch had to be exchanged means there's a big issue on ground.

From an interview Davido had with t.v host Ebuka, it was discovered that it didn't used to be all hate between these two. In the interview, Davido recounts how him, Burnaboy and Dammy krane were flogged by soldiers in 2010.

He went on to say that him and Burnaboy used to refer to themselves as brothers. This friendship is evidenced from a congratulatory tweet Davido made to Burnaboy late 2019 when the latter was nominated for a Grammy award.

Unfortunately, Burnaboy lost this award and it seems this was the Genesis of the feud between the Duo as they were seen jibing at each other with their tweets and songs from then on.
