Minimun Criteria:
Ability to read, write and speak good English. Computer literacy required.
Ability to drive.
Must be diligent and posses a high level of integrity (Must not be involved in stealing and fraudulent activities)
Must be able to manage farm workers to get the best out of them.
Must be ready to adapt to farm life.
Must not smoke tobacco or weed.
Must be ready to learn new techniques.
Good relationships skills required.
Must be ready to follow laid down farm management practices to the letter.
Must have a possibility mentality

NB: educational qualifications were purposely not made a requirement and will NOT be an added advantage. Rather, the individual's ability to demostrate a high passion for farm work is key.

Remuneration:
N20,000 monthly salary during probation. Remuneration to increase after confirmation of appointment.

Farm location: IFO LGA, Ogun State.
