Look at Messi and Ronaldo perfect example.

Messi have talent with higher potential than Ronaldo but they are in the same class.
Ronaldo perfected his talent with sheer hard work and practicing.
Messi also perfected his talent by practicing but not as hard working as Ronaldo.

Talent without practicing is useless.. if you don't practice you don't have a talent. Some people can just pick a pencil and learn to draw, be passionate about it and practice it to be a talent. But some with higher potential will just be better than the other but all will be good at drawing.

When these two people come out and show their craft, you would have no choice but to say they are both talented even though one wasn't born with it...

But if you don't learn and work on it, that talent can NEVER be developed. So many people are talented in different craft but can't flourish in them because they haven't harnessed that talent by learning and working on it..
