I will never endorse scam or fraud of any kind.

It may be justifiable to lie to an ugly lady that she is beautiful and you are madly in love with her just for her to open the goalpost but to lie to someone that you have a property for sale and even go as far as obtaining money from them for the non-existent property is purely criminal and unjustifiable.

I know firsthand that it is not very easy to sell off properties in Nigeria because I've been trying to sell off a few of mine with no much success in my offer being met, so if this guy easily sold his to three buyers then it makes me believe it was at a price that was too good to be true and their greed caught the bait.

Some things are plain fishy and should make anyone with a common sense wary, for instance, a very cheap land in a choice neighborhood or a light-skinned Nigerian lady who claims to be low maintenance.
If you see either, please run for your money.
