He ought to have arrested that man and dragged him to court.

It's a criminal act to pay another person contract proceeds to a third party. The 3rd party should have gotten a court injunction to the effect.

Just take your case to court if everything is genuine and ask for N300 million due to Balablu Bulaba inflation, you don’t need to drag Peter Obi’s name into it.

Why you decided to play petty politics with this is annoying. When you execute a contract, you submit all the original documents and invoices including the document awarding you the contract. Why then did Obi's government pay to another person if not on account of fraud.
