The General Overseer of Omega Fire Minister Worldwide, Apostle Suleman Johnson, yesterday healed a crippled man in his conference going on in the United States.

Apostle Suleman is being accused by Canada-based singer, Stephanie Otobo of an amorous relationship.

She also accused him of impregnating and abandoning her.

Suleman left many people surprised after he healed the crippled in Washington DC.

The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Ogun State command, has arrested three Republic of Benin nationals in Aiyetoro, Yewa North Local Government Area of the state, for being possession of a locally-made gun, charms and other dangerous items.

The suspects were Muheedeen Dikou, Francis Akete and Inyas Akete.

According to the Controller of Immigration in Ogun State, Ajibola Bayeroju, the trio were arrested by the operatives of the command while on a patrol of the border town last Friday.

He said the suspects were illegal immigrants who were allegedly into nefarious activities, as a locally-made pistol, charms, fake identity cards, and particulars of two motorcycles among others, were recovered from them.

He said given this discovery, the command has got approval from the Comptroller of Immigration, to carry out constant raids on communities around the border areas and towns in the state, to arrest illegal immigrants.

“In the light of insecurity in the country, the Ogun State command of the Nigeria Immigration Service has step up its operation.

“Our operatives were on patrol in Aiyetoro in Yewa North Local Government Area of the state, and they arrested three illegal immigrants from the Republic of Benin.

“It was obvious that they were into nefarious activities because our operatives recovered them a locally-made pistol, assorted charms, particulars of motorcycles, and fake identity cards among others.” The NIS Controller stated.

Bayeroju, however, warned illegal immigrants in the state to leave the country, as the operatives of the command would continue to raid and arrest any illegal immigrants.

He said the three suspects would bé handed to the police for prosecution.

One of the suspects, Muheedeen Dikou, said the locally-made pistol belonged to his father, whom he claimed was a member of a vigilance group adding “the gun has no licence.”

The General Overseer of Mountain of Liberation and miracle ministry, Dr. Chris Okafor, has lambasted Pastor Tunde Bakare, the Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, Pastor Enoch Adeboye as well as other politicians over the current hardship being felt in Nigeria.

Okafor attacked the men of God during Sunday service at his church.

He angrily chastised the church leadership in the country and wondered why they were so quiet in the face of mounting confusion, recession, destruction, oppression and killing of Christians in most parts of the country.

He accused the religious leaders, who, according to him, should be speaking out against injustice and bad governance of taking bribes in the form of money and oil wells from the government, hence their inability to defend Christianity and the masses.

Okafor called out some big men of God when he angrily yelled, “Shame unto pastor Tunde bakare!” Then he proceeded, “Father Mbaka, what has happened to you?”

Okafor noted that Bakare was one of those who led the Save Nigeria Group, SNG, group to occupy Lagos while protesting so called bad governance under former president Jonathan.

He said Bakere was also a very vocal critic of that government and wondered why he had gone so silent even when it was obvious that Nigeria now had a government that was far worse than the one he protested against, describing him as “a two-faced Pastor!”

He further accused Father Mbaka of discrediting former President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration probably because, as alleged, he requested certain favors from that Government but was turned down.

He wondered why Father Mbaka, who openly told the world that President Buhari was the messiah had now gone so silent, and was shamefully unable to even criticize his regime in the face of gross misconduct and bad governance.

“Mbaka, go and examine your prophetic ministry”, he further disclosed.

“What has happened to you, Father Mbaka?” He asked.

He added that for Father Mbaka to now complain that people were dying of hunger and still find it difficult to criticize the government of the day simply makes him a hypocrite.

Speaking further, he questioned the silence of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Adeboye on the pastor who was killed during a morning cry session on the outskirts of Abuja.

He also wondered why the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo who is a pastor, has done so little to help.

The man of God said that if Christian leaders were speaking out and doing what they were supposed to be doing, “we wouldn’t have a country where the rule of law means nothing and the government doesn’t even respect court orders.”

The pastor, who described the present administration as oppressive, wondered “Why should Nnadi Kanu still be in detention when the court has given orders for his release? Why can’t they obey the court orders first, and then follow due process?

“Also, we know Dasuki may have done some things but if the court said you should release him, then release him, and let him have his time in court!”

He then went on to say that “as a matter of fact, the Government should release Kanu with immediate effect! We must obey the court and stop taking laws into our own hands!”

The Nigerian Government, through the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), has sealed up the premises of Yuan Dong (YDEC) Ponzi scheme over illegal investment operations in the country.

Head, Corporate Communication of SEC, Mr Naif Abdussalam, in a statement on Sunday in Abuja, said the closure was to end unlawful activities of the company against unsuspecting investors.

“Investments in the scheme range from a minimum deposit of N10,000 to a maximum deposit of N240,000.

“The investment period of the scheme is pegged at a minimum of 30 working days to a maximum period of 10 months with offer of interest rates on short and medium term basis.

“The company promises a daily profit of N80 and N2,400 depending on the category of investment,” he said.

Abdussalam disclosed that the commission’s investigations showed that the company also enticed its customers with payment of bonuses should they convince more investors to invest in the scheme.

He said that the commission had established that the company’s activities also constituted a breach of the Investment and Securities Act (ISA), 2007.

“Furthermore it was discovered that contrary to their supposed existence in over 20 locations across the country, the company only has functional offices in Asaba, Kano and Abuja.

“The promoters of these illegal operations have been arrested by the Nigeria Police Force and are undergoing interrogation.

“The Commission wishes to notify the investing public that the company is not licensed to carry out investments business of any type and as such its operations are illegal,” he said.

Abdussalam advised the public to exercise due diligence and caution in the course of making investment decisions.

He said valid licence of lawful operators could be obtained on the commission’s website by members of the public to confirm the licences of firms they intend to carry investment activities with.
