Julshomes Property Development Company, a real estate firm based in Lagos, is seeking Sales Executives to join their team in Ajah, Lagos.
Julshomes focuses on real estate development, sales, and services, aiming to provide affordable housing solutions across Africa.

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Alasia bustop, by Dominion City church, Lekki epe expressway, Lagos.

Employment Type: Hybrid (Sales Executives report to the office only twice weekly).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated marketing communications and campaign planning for company products.

- Maintain beneficial relationships with clients and stakeholders on behalf of Julshomes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in a relevant field.

- Good interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and team-oriented.

- Residing in Lagos island is mandatory.

- 20 Free leads for the first month provided by the company for all new Sales Executives.

- 10% commission on every land sale made.

- Monthly allowance.
