ALTERNATEID: Asking them to publish an apology is not enough deterrent for future false publications. In fact, this decision will encourage them to publish more fake news and just apologize after months of investigation. When the media ombudsman is serious, they will impose heavy fines that can cripple the newspaper. That’s the only way to deal with fake news platforms like Daily Trust. A heavy fine that can cripple the fake news media is the solution to fake inciting news |

Remember that in order to Local Governments to be independent, the Constitution must be changed, but JAGABAN did it, JAGABAN arm twisted the governors and got it through the Court. So, just watch as the JAGABAN does this also, that is if it is true that it came from him |

Foreign Affairs › France Erupts In 'civil War' As Macron Faces Revolt Over New Government After 12 by etrouble(op): 11:44am On Sep 24, 2024 |
France was gripped with protests over the weekend against Emmanuel Macron's new government while a motion of no confidence has already been called. The new administration, led by former EU chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier, has been criticised by those on the left and right for a perceived failure to honour the result of the recent parliamentary elections. Mr Barnier's cabinet saw Macron allies and conservatives given top jobs, despite traditional mainstream parties' poor performance in the National Assembly elections in June and July. Mr Barnier himself is a member of the centre-right Les Républicains (LR), as is the new interior minister (Home Secretary) Bruno Retailleau. That is despite LR coming fourth in the election and winning just 39 out of 577 seats. Jordan Bardella, the 29-year-old leader of far-right Rassemblement National (National Rally, RN), and Jean-Luc Mélenchon, the leader of the far-left party La France Insoumise (France Unbowed, LFI), both hit out at the new cabinet. Mr Bardella said: "This 'new' government signals the return of Macronism through the back door. "What the French people have twice democratically rejected cannot be allowed to return through pitiful party politics and political calculations. It is therefore a government with no future." Neither RN nor LFI, the latter of which was part of the New Popular Front - an alliance of left-wing parties - have any representation in the new cabinet. That is despite RN and the New Popular Front winning 322 seats between them. François Hollande, the former President and a Socialist Party deputy within the New Popular Front, also backed a no-confidence motion. He said it was "the right solution" in an interview with local French media. Mr Mélenchon branded the cabinet a "disaster movie", adding on X: "We need to get rid of it as soon as possible."
