@hajbash, aint denyin that those wit dose criteria were called. My grouse is hw do u account for dose wit ur same qualificatn an were not called? First come, first serve? What is that suppose to mean. If that is another criteria for shortlisting then y bother hav a deadline for submission of application. The truth is the process was shoddy an suspicious.

I do not knw INEC/Nexir criteria for sendin invites. But four things I know.
1. I knw applicants who hv served as inec adhoc staffs yet were not invited
2. I knw applicant who hav 2.1 yet were not invited
3. I knw applicants with experience yet were not invited
4. I know applicants without experience, yet were not invited.
So either there is another test(s) comin up later or we all should stop voting in elections cause if INEC cannot be transparent in ordinary recruitment exercise then I don't see how they can manage transparency in an election an make our votes count.

Though corruption isn't about degrees an certificates, bt the truth is that the rank an file of the NPF is populated mostly by nitwits, ex-armed robbers, officers who can't read nor write etc. This approach is definitely over due. Eventhough that will not end corruption, bt I tell u it would reduce incidences of extra-judicial killings by officers, breachin of citizens rights an even better investigation. Been a graduate shapes ones thinkin far better than been an SSCE holder with 3 credits

@rexmary, are u tryin to say pple who claimed to hav written the test just decided to lie about it. Maybe the protocol guy doesn't know abt it cos the inec portal that pple check for their exam details is real.

Guy ordinarily recruitment is closed! An if u indeed applied thru the online procedure then any contact to u would be thru ur dashboard on their website. Beside d text sent reads INEC an not INEC NIG. Worth sort of prank is that. Well if its only that u can send, no harm bt once they start askin for money later, better zab! TEXZLEM: after the completion of your ICAN exam... you will be inducted into the membership of Associate Chartered Accountant [ACA] with a reg. no and for the ATS.... it is called AAT [Associate Accounting Technician].

so ACA is award given for the completion of the ican exam and FCA [Fellow Chartered Accountant] is for experience ACA.

Pls hw long would It tak for a graduate who wants to quaify as a chartered accountant for the 4 stages required. An can one write both stages in one year or its one stage per year.

The question is why should a so-called company be interested in trainin corpers that are passin out in two months time. Send ur info at ur own risk. Ogogambus: @Eugeneric,i will advice u not to go,bc u will not be allowed to write the exam witout your discharge certificate,unless u ave extra money as to give it a try.our own time,pple witout discharge certificate were asked to go.therez no rush in life.if God says u will work wit Gtbank,u will.so just relax,finish ure service and then write the exam.am very very sure that Mr Caleb will not allow u to write the exam.one love

Wassup nairalander! Am rily in a quagmire whether to  or forget dis gtb test on tuesday cos am a batch C serving so aint got nysc discharge cert. Pls is there anyone in d houz wit a definite knowledge of whether d nysc cert is compulsory or not.
